Cathy Daub is the president and founder of BirthWorks International, a nonprofit organization with certification programs for childbirth educators, birth doulas, and postpartum doulas.   

Cathy has been facilitating national/international childbirth education and doula workshops over the last 25 years.

Cathy is a physical therapist, certified Maya Abdominal Massage therapist, certified in pelvic bodywork, and trained in techniques of myofascial release, all of which she incorporates into her workshops.
